1. Processing & Production Times
- Standard Products (Dropshipping): Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days.
- Custom Products (Print-on-Demand): Items such as apparel, mugs, or custom prints are created specifically for you. Please allow 3-7 business days for production before the item is shipped.
- Note: Processing times may increase during peak seasons or holidays.
2. Shipping Estimates
Shipping times vary based on your location and the origin of the product:
- USA & Europe: 10–20 business days.
- International: 15–25 business days.
- Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times depend on local postal services and customs processing.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Any “Free Shipping” promotions apply to standard shipping only unless otherwise stated.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through our “Track Your Order” page or via the carrier’s website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ricky Trash is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Multiple Shipments
To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. You may receive one item before the next, but don’t worry—the rest is on its way.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@rickytrash.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
