At Ricky Trash, we strive for excellence in every piece of content and every product we deliver. Because our ecosystem relies on Print-on-Demand (POD) and Global Dropshipping, our return policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the custom nature of our goods.
1. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
Items labeled as POD (such as custom apparel, mugs, and branded gear) are made-to-order.
- No Returns for Change of Mind: Since these items are manufactured specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
- Defects or Errors: If your POD item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item due to our error, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
2. Standard Dropshipping Products
For non-customized products in our store:
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a reshipment or a refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods or digital downloads (e.g., strategic guides or e-books).
- Personalized or custom-made items (POD).
- Sale items or gift cards.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
6. Cancellations
- POD Items: Cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order. After this window, the item enters the production phase and cannot be cancelled.
- Standard Items: Cancellations are possible only if the order has not yet been processed by our suppliers.
